It has been proven that regular relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, self-hypnosis sessions (or whatever you like to call taking some quiet time for yourself), can reduce stress levels and lower anxiety, which of course improves all areas of your life, particularly your mental health, so I can visit your workplace and deliver a series of mini guided relaxation sessions for you and your employees, as part of your Employee Wellbeing Program.
The mini sessions are for general relaxation and visualisation aimed at reducing overall stress and anxiety levels. In addition, there are suggestions for creating calm confidence for each participant, whilst encouraging them to let go of past disappointments and being motivated for the future. At no point will I be offering any therapeutic advice (although this can of course be arranged if required). I am happy to see employees either individually, or in small groups of 4-6, whatever works best for you and your business (max 30 participants or 3 hours).

How does it work?

Virtual mini guided relaxation sessions
Due to Covid-19, my in-person relaxation sessions have understandably been put on hold, but I am now offering virtual online sessions as the wellbeing of your employees is more important than ever. It works just as well as the face to face sessions, but the outcomes are even more beneficial due to the current pandemic – especially for those employees who still can’t return to work, and are feeling lonely, isolated or low.
How are the sessions delivered?
Sessions are carried out in your workplace at a time convenient for you and your team. All I need is a quiet room with soft lighting, the ability to play soothing/calming spa-like music and individual seating for each participant.
***NB. All that’s required for virtual sessions is an internet connection, a device to access Zoom and somewhere comfortable to sit/lie. Headphones would also be a good idea =)
How do I pay?
Pre-payment is required for all sessions and can be made via Paypal or Stripe. I will provide an invoice for each payment.
How much doers it cost?

Do my employees need to 'bring’ anything with them?
Only themselves and an open mind.

Are you a medical practitioner?
Nope! However, I am a trained Wellbeing Coach and Student Solution Focused Therapist, studying Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (student member of the NCH and the AfSFH Registration ID #1561). I have studied the menopause in depth and have all the relevant insurance and safeguarding certificates required. I do advocate a variety of other therapies, both traditional and holistic, so will signpost you when appropriate.
