It has been proven that regular relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, self-hypnosis sessions (or whatever you like to call taking some quiet time for yourself), can reduce stress levels and lower anxiety, which of course improves all areas of your life, especially your mental health.

Talking about Mental Health is beginning to get easier, but what do you do as an employer to actively support your employees Mental Health? In a world where we’re continually made to feel as though we need to do more and be more, how great would it make them … and you feel (particularly during this Covid-19 pandemic), if you were investing in their wellbeing and actively encouraging them to take time out?

Well, in order to facilitate this forward-thinking approach, I have created a virtual Workplace Wellbeing offering to deliver guided relaxation sessions via Zoom for you and your employees, as part of your Employee Wellbeing Program.

HOW

It Works

I deliver online guided relaxation sessions of between 25 – 30 minutes, for up to 50 employees at a time via Zoom.

Requirements: Each participant will need a stable internet connection, access to Zoom and a comfortable chair/sofa/bed in order to relax, undisturbed for up to 30 mins. Headphones are a good idea too.

The mini sessions encourage a deep state of relaxation and the language patterns and visualisations used are aimed at reducing overall stress and anxiety levels. During this current Covid-19 pandemic, all sessions are conducted entirely online and are perfect for either employees working from home, or in the workplace.

In addition to stress reduction prompts, there are suggestions for creating calm confidence for each participant, whilst encouraging them to let go of past disappointments and being motivated for the future. At no point will I be offering any therapeutic advice and I am happy to see employees virtually in groups of up to 30.

I also offer ‘Stress Less’ Sessions for employees, which are centred around why our minds are wired for stress and what we can do to manage it and create a calmer life.

Due to the current Covid-19, your employees are spending extended periods of time on their own, looking at a screen and missing out on the social interaction and connection they used to get in the workplace. In fact, connection is something that all humans need and crave.

Online guided relaxation sessions can provide this sense of connection and work just as well as face to face sessions, but the outcomes are even more beneficial in this current pandemic – especially for those employees who are shielding, unable to return to the workplace. Even those without underlying health concerns might be feeling lonely, isolated or low, so please consider doing something for your employees that will improve their quality of life, both professionally and personally.

how are the sessions delivered and how long are they?

The sessions are delivered virtually and all that’s required for your employees to enjoy this online relaxation session is a stable internet connection, a device to access Zoom and somewhere comfortable to sit/lie. Headphones are a good idea =)

I will be online with you for approximately 45 minutes, to allow for participants to settle and latecomers to arrive. The relaxation itself lasts approximately 25-30 minutes and is perfect to run at lunchtimes. If you require more than one session, I would require a break of 15 minutes in between sessions.

HOW DO I PAY?

Pre-payment via Bank transfer is required for all sessions.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

£75 per session for up 10 employees | £125 per session for up to 20 employees | £175 per session for 30 – 50 employees. Please contact me for a bespoke Workplace Wellbeing proposal if you have more than 50 employees.

DO MY EMPLOYEES HAVE TO 'BRING' ANYTHING WITH THEM?

An open mind, internet connection, a device to access Zoom and somewhere comfortable to sit/lie undisturbed for up to 30 minutes. Headphones would also be a good idea =)

ARE YOU OFFERING INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP SESSIONS?

Workplace Wellbeing is geared towards teams and workplace communities, however individual sessions can be arranged with prior notice. Costs will be based on my current client fees, however a special rate may be possible if a group workplace wellbeing session has been booked for 20 or more employees.
